Phase 2 is the first appearance of green Balloon Birds in Vs. Balloon Fight.

On the bottom half of the stage, there are three small Platforms in a sort of squished V-shape, with the top two holding pink Balloon Birds. The top half of the stage only has two small Platforms floating side-by-side. There is a white Cloud under the left Platform on the top half of the level, as well as a gray Cloud near the right Platform. There is also a gray Cloud above and to the right of the left Platform on the bottom half of the level. There is a green Balloon Bird on the left Scoreboard Platform, and a pink Balloon Bird on the right Scoreboard Platform.

- This level is the first in the game to have a green Balloon Bird.
- This level is never repeated later on.
