Phase 16 is the first phase to be repeated in Vs. Balloon Fight, and is in the second group of green phases.
Layout
The bottom half is similar to Phase 14, with a central stalactite with a platform on either side. Above the left platform is a cloud, and there is a Propeller above the outside edge of both platforms. There is also a pink Balloon Bird on top of both platforms.
In the top half, there are two very tall stalactite platforms, each about a quarter of the screen's width away from each edge. In the middle of the stage, there is a vertical line made of two Propellers above a platform with a green Balloon Bird on the left side and a pink Balloon Bird on the right side. There is also a cloud between and to the left of the two Propellers. There is another cloud to the right of the central platform, and the large white cloud is below the central platform. There is a yellow Balloon Bird on the right stalactite platform.
