Phase 13 of Vs. Balloon Fight is the first yellow phase.
Layout
The arrangement of platforms and Propellers in this phase is very similar to Phase 11, with some minor adjustments. In the bottom half, there are two narrow platforms with tall stalactites, each with a pink Balloon Bird on top. Between the two scoreboard platforms, there is a Propeller. To the right of the right platform, there is a cloud.
In the top half, there is a green Balloon Bird on the left scoreboard platform and a pink Balloon Bird on the right. Above each scoreboard platform, there is a Propeller. Near the top of the screen, there are two small platforms, and the right one has a yellow Balloon Bird on it. There is one cloud to the upper right of that platform, another cloud to the upper right of the left scoreboard platform, and the large white cloud is below and to the left of the upper right platform.
